This is a digital portrait of baby Finn, Finn was about 6 weeks old at the time of posing for a photo shoot. I used the photo reference to paint the main figure then added my own creativity to complete the painting. Finn was actually lying in a wooden box, however, in this painting I decided to replace the wooden box to woven basket which was more interrelated to surrounding elements.
